Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data regarding children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@koreanfoodlovers.nl, and we will delete this information.

Korean Food Lovers processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To call or email you if necessary to provide our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • Korean Food Lovers also processes personal data when legally required to do so, such as data needed for our tax returns.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or data portability regarding your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@koreanfoodlovers.nl. To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Korean Food Lovers also wishes to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How we protect personal data
Korean Food Lovers takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
