Making kimbap: step by step

Follow the steps and make the most delicious kimbap yourself. This is a basic recipe that you can customize with your favorite fillings.

Preparing rice

Cook the rice and season with sesame oil and a little salt.

Prepare the filling

Cut all the ingredients into strips and fry or blanch them.

Add filling

Place a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo mat and spread out the rice. Arrange the ingredients in a neat line.

Rolling kimbap

Roll up firmly and evenly using the bamboo mat.

Cutting

Cut the roll into equal pieces; you can get 10 pieces out of one roll.

What is the difference between kimbap and sushi?
